Flexible counselling support wherever you are
Online and telephone counselling offers a flexible and accessible way to receive professional support without needing to attend face-to-face sessions. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, unable to travel, managing physical health difficulties, or simply prefer the comfort and privacy of your own space, remote counselling can be an effective alternative.
Sessions can take place from the comfort of your home, office, hotel room, or any private space where you feel safe and comfortable.
How Online & Telephone Counselling Can Help
Remote counselling can make support more accessible and convenient while still providing a safe and confidential therapeutic space. It may help if you:
- Find face-to-face counselling difficult or overwhelming
- Have physical health issues or mobility difficulties
- Are self-isolating or unable to travel
- Work away from home or have a busy schedule
- Need flexible support around family or childcare commitments
- Feel more comfortable communicating online or by phone
- Are looking for counselling while in a different location
Online counselling can also be arranged for couples and psychosexual therapy, even if both people are in separate locations.
Online Counselling
I offer online counselling through Zoom, a secure and confidential platform. Sessions can take place by webcam, voice call, or text-based communication depending on your preference and comfort level.
I have over 8 years of experience providing counselling through online and telephone-based services and have found this to be a positive and effective way of supporting clients.
Telephone Counselling
Telephone counselling offers a simple and convenient way to access support from wherever you are. Sessions are arranged for an agreed day and time, and I will call you directly at the scheduled appointment time.
As with face-to-face counselling, it is important that you are in a private space where you will not be disturbed during the session.
All sessions last 60 minutes.
